Terms of service

1. Orders should be placed at least 4 hours in advance. Expedite orders are available for an additional fee.
2. Your order will be delivered as estimated by Google Maps or similar services. Traffic conditions apply and may lead to delays beyond our control.  Please note that it may be later during Holidays, tourist season and during special events in the area
3. Cancellation of your order must be done within 2 hours of your pick-up time.  A non-refundable deposit - based on size of order and pick-up and destination may/will be placed on all orders. If you cancel your order after the driver has begun driving to your location , you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery and all related / anticipated service fees.
4. Please be as specific as possible when placing your order.  If you have special instructions for your driver they should be noted on your request form. We assume no responsibility for bad addresses, missed Suite or Unit numbers. Packages that are returned to sender will incur the delivery costs as listed in our terms of service including any late, multiple stop, and after hours fees. 

5. Online orders will be confirmed within 1 hour.  If you have not heard from us within an hour of placing your delivery order, please contact us by text at 727-945-3192

We will bill your credit card for all charges including the deposit unless you make alternative arrangements with us. Your order will be delivered during the delivery window. With allowances made for traffic and weather conditions.  Please note if you are arriving on a holiday, your delivery time may be later than your delivery window. However we will notify you with details. Failure to meet this delivery schedule arrangement / or provide notification does not constitute breach of agreement and you agree to pay all fees for pick-up and Delivery.
